Please read this section to understand how we work with our customers.
Effective date - This Working with Us section was last updated on 06/16/2007.
1. Dedicated Account Management (for Commercial Accounts) - When you set up an account with Sage Clover Inc., your account is managed by a
dedicated Account Manager. Your dedicated Account Manager is your primary contact for all inquiries. Your Account
Manager in turn is supported by a dedicated team of specialists, across multiple product lines and will always endeavour
to find the answers to all your product purchase questions.
2. Net Terms - To take advantage of our credit payment terms, please send us an email requesting credit terms from
Sage Clover Inc. at credit@sageclover.com. We will forward our credit application and upon successful credit verification
as per our credit policy, provide net terms.
3. Payments - If not paying by credit card, all invoices are payable by Check to: Sage Clover Inc., PO Box 288, Winfield,
IL 60190. If you do not have credit terms established, payment is due in full before products can be shipped to you. If paying
by credit card, we accept VISA and MASTERCARD. For customers with credit terms, all unpaid invoices shall bear an interest of
1.5% of the outstanding balance per month (or the maximum rate of interest applicable by law, whichever is less). Such interest
shall accrue from the date that invoice payment was due. Furthermore, for customer accounts with unpaid invoices, Sage Clover Inc.,
will not deliver products on credit and all credit approvals and net terms awarded may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
4. View Purchase Order History - By setting up an account with us, you have the ability to view the history of all
purchases orders created using your account. This historical view will help you understand your purchasing patterns, help
analyze costs and may serve as input to any cost reduction effort in your institution.
5. Tips on Search - Our website is designed with you in mind. Given our product variety, a search can be done using
the Quick Find, Advanced Search, and Manufacturer Search options. You will find these options on the
left side column of a page. The Quick Find search feature allows you to search with any free form text. You can
also use the Quick Find search feature to pull up a product by its Manufacturer Part Number. Furthermore, when using
the Advanced Search feature, you can filter product search by category, sub-category, price and date.
6. Unable to find a Product - If you are unable to find a product in our catalog, please let us know and we will do
our very best to source it for you. In addition, we will add the product to our catalog for any future purchases. If a product
cannot be sourced, we will remove it from our catalog.
7. Product Pricing - All pricing on products is subject to change without notice.
8. Shipping of Goods - All orders received will be processed for shipment within 1 to 3 business days. Special order
items will be shipped directly from manufacturer. Sage Clover Inc. will not be liable for any delays in delivery or shipping delays caused by
unavailability of product from suppliers, natural disasters, acts of war, fire, strike, labor dispute, shortages of fuel, labor, power or failure
of transport services.
9. Shipping Costs - Shipping costs calculated at "Checkout" are an estimate only. We use UPS rates to estimate
our shipping costs. It is possible that a product may ship using UPS, Fedex, DHL or some other carrier. If the shipping costs
change due to any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to us using a different carrier, such shipping costs may be
adjusted.
10. Free Shipping - Sage Clover Inc. reserves the right to deny the "free shipping" promotion on any item. Special
Order items that ship directly from the manufacturer of the product may not be eligible for free shipping. Items categorized
by our suppliers as "not eligible for free shipping" do not qualify for free shipping. Free shipping promotions are
awarded at the sole discretion of Sage Clover Inc. If an order is accepted at "Checkout" without shipping costs, Sage Clover Inc.
will validate the order prior to processing. Any shipping charges added on to the order will be reflected on your invoice for
the order or billed as a separate invoice or automatically posted to your credit card.
11. International Shipments - At this time, we do not offer international delivery of products.
12. Representations and Warranties - Sage Clover Inc. makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect
to any product being sold on this website. SAGE CLOVER INC. HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, AS TO THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. SAGE CLOVER INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, COST OR EXPENSE FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY.
13. Taxes - All applicable taxes such as federal, state, municipal, other government taxes such as sales tax, use tax, etc., based
on the sales price shall be borne by the Buyer. If you are an organization seeking tax exemption, then an exemption certificate must be
presented before the order is shipped.
14. Product Returns - All products being returned must be in compliance with the Sage Clover Inc. return policy. Provided
Sage Clover Inc. has return rights with its manufacturers / suppliers, product returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date
of our invoice. IF SAGE CLOVER INC. DOES NOT HAVE RETURN RIGHTS TO THE MANUFACTURER / SUPPLIER, THE PRODUCT IS NON-RETURNABLE.
Manufacturer, Supplier and Sage Clover Inc. return policies are independently subject to change without notice.
a. Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) Number - Returns will not be processed without a RMA number issued by Sage Clover Inc. Please submit all return
requests in writing to returns@sageclover.com. Please detail the reasons for any such return in your email in order to obtain a RMA.
Failure to give any such written notice within the stipulated time shall be deemed a full acceptance of delivery. In addition, please provide the invoice
number, order number, Product part number and Serial Number (if the product being returned is a serialized product).
b. Factory
Sealed - Product is unopened, unused and can be resold in as new. Products must be clean, unused, free from any damage, unopened and complete
in the original manufacturers packing with no outer seal being re-taped. All products not in such condition will be returned to the customer at customers
expense.
c. Defective - The product will not operate or is Dead on Arrival (DOA). An incompatible product is not considered to be a defective product
or DOA. Sage Clover Inc. and/or its suppliers will test all defective and DOA product returns. Any product not deemed defective or DOA will be returned
to customer at customers expense.
d. Credit - All eligible returns will receive a credit based on product purchase price that is reimbursed
via check only. Shipping costs incurred for the original purchase will not be refunded for any eligible return.
15. Return Shipping Guidelines - a. Use the original manufacturers boxes and packaging. b. Package all returns to prevent
damage in transit. c. Use shipping labels on cartons being returned. d. All returns must have the RMA number printed on the return
shipping label. e. Do not write addresses or the RMA number on the outside of the manufacturers boxes. Products must be in resalable
condition to receive credit. f. All returns must be unused and include all components, accessories, cables, software and manuals in the
original shipment. g. All returns must be received within 15 days from the date the RMA number is issued. RMA numbers are only valid for
15 days. h. Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid. Please contact your Sage Clover Inc. representative to obtain the destination address
for shipping returns.
16. Delivery Intercept - a. Please call us at 630.220.9600 to organize a delivery intercept (prior to receiving your package). A flat charge of $15.00
will apply for each delivery intercept. b. To facilitate rapid processing of a delivery intercept have all information related to your purchase handy, including
but not limited to, the login id for your account. c. The refund check issued on return of product initiated by delivery intercept will be adjusted down to
reflect the aforementioned delivery intercept charge.
17. Hours of Operation - Our hours of operation are Mon thru Fri, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time.
